This is a large unfurnished apartment within a quick stroll to FSU and Publix offering a host of modern amenities. The Freight Yard is a boutique collection of 17 luxury residences that offers walkable convenience in Tallahassee's oldest neighborhood, the All Saints district. Stimulating and sophisticated, the Freight Yard is a celebration of urbanism and modern design with world-class street art layered on shipping containers and industrial buildings that have been given new life through clever and captivating renovation. Our buildings have won juried architectural design awards for their innovation and visual appeal.
With an emphasis on sustainability, the Freight Yard incorporates a dozen upcycled shipping containers, solar power, and a profusion of palm trees and rare plants worked into a stunning landscape. All utilities and services (electric, water, wifi, trash removal, pest control) are provided for a flat fee of $150 per month in addition to the $1,600 monthly rent. Access to a private courtyard and scooter and bike storage are provided free to tenants. Reserved onsite parking is available for an additional fee.
