This apartment features motorized window shades and two large TVs. Like all Freight Yard apartments, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING WIFI ARE FREE. The Freight Yard is a boutique collection of 17 luxury residences that offers walkable convenience in Tallahassee's oldest neighborhood, the All Saints district. Stimulating and sophisticated, the Freight Yard is a celebration of urbanism and modern design with world-class street art layered on shipping containers and industrial buildings that have been given new life through clever and captivating renovation. Our buildings have won juried architectural design awards for their innovation and visual appeal.
With an emphasis on sustainability, the Freight Yard incorporates a dozen upcycled shipping containers, solar power, and a profusion of palm trees and rare plants worked into a stunning landscape.
